This spacious ground floor apartment is located close to the heart of Edinburgh and its major tourist attractions.
This little gem of an apartment is situated just to the South of the Royal Mile and Old Town and is in easy walking distance of The Cowgate, Grassmarket and the famous Edinburgh Vaults. ,very handy also for Waverly Station
There are shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk of the apartment.
For Festival goers, The Pleasance Theatre is literally on the door step!

About The Accommodation:
The apartment is located next door to one of the main Festival venues, "The Pleasance". This is an ideal base for exploring the delights of Scotland's Capital. From the front of the apartment there are views to Calton Hill and Cowgate and Grassmarket are only 5 minutes walk away. To the rear of the apartment there are stunning views of Salisbury Crags.
This apartment is fully furnished and has a spacious lounge/dining room. There is ample room for 4 adults or a family (2 adults + 2 children). There is a 26" HD flat screen TV built in DVD, Freeview and Radio. A selection of DVD's are available.
The double bedroom has plenty of storage; built in wardrobe, dressing table (hairdryer available) and chest of drawers. There is no need to bring duvets and sheets, the bed is made for you with 100% cotton linen.
There is bedding for the sofa bed of the same high quality and extra blankets if needed.
If required a highchair is available, please ask when making your booking.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine/dryer to save taking home all the dirty washing!
The bathroom is modern and If you prefer to shower, then there is a Mira Sport shower over the bath.
There is a dedicated off street parking space to the rear of the building. If you decide to bring bicycles, then there is adequate space to store them safely.
