All home comforts have been catered for in theses two bedroom ensuite apartments ,comfortably sleeping 4 with 1 double bedroom and ensuite and 1 twin bedroom, and with the added sofa bed in the lounge can sleep up to an extra 1/2 persons.
The fully integrated Kitchen ensures all your cooking equipment requirements are catered for. The gas central heating is on demand as well as lots of hot water.
If you should come to Edinburgh by car then the allocated parking space is available for your use.
The apartment enjoys ease of access to local shops providing your daily needs, and fashionable bars and restaurants. All towels and bedlinen are provided and all bills are inclusive.

* full payment is required 4 weeks prior to arrival or immediately after booking if booking is within 4 weeks of arrival date
* 3% fee for payments by credit card or Paypal
* a refundable damages deposit of £150 is required on entry to the property. Deposit will be returned 1 week from departure
