It occupies a large corner plot on the lower ground floor of a substantial building which was completed after the Napoleonic Wars. The lounge is very large (27 feet long and 18 feet wide) with three Georgian windows, one of which is a large bay window.
There is an original Georgian range in the fireplace. The lounge is very comfortably furnished with three leather sofas, one of which converts into the double sofa bed. There is a large elegant dining table situated at the bay window. The room also has a large flat screen TV. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and microwave.
Linen, towels, gas, electricity, hot water and all taxes are included in the price. Gas central heating throughout the apartment and a constant supply of hot water.
The apartment can also cater for groups looking for 3 bedrooms only as we are happy to close the 4th bedroom and reduce the tariff accordingly.
